“Artificial intelligence is helping businesses create experiences that naturally integrate with consumers’ everyday lives. Human communication is a complex process that depends on the words being spoken, as well as the way they are being expressed. We understand not only what is being said but how it is being said, the emotions, intentions, state-of-mind and behaviors of each person. I’m extremely optimistic about our potential.”
