His expertise spans cloud platforms such as NICE CXone, Cisco Webex Contact Center, and RingCentral, covering IVR design, ACD configuration, outbound dialers, routing logic, and API-based integrations. He began his career in telephony and voice engineering, supporting migrations from traditional PBX systems to IP-based communication and cloud telephony, which provided him with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end contact center operations. Over time, he took on deeper responsibilities in CCaaS implementations, solution design, and customer-facing technical leadership, often collaborating with clients on CRM integrations to streamline agent workflows and improve the overall service experience.
